COUNSELING SERVICES
The GIT Counseling Center provides extensive psychological services including
individual counseling, education and prevention programs, referrals to off-campus
resources and the administration of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
Students seek individual counseling for a number of reasons: adjustment to
college life, low self-esteem, anxiety and depression, interpersonal relationships,
etc.
The center offers intake interviews, one-hour sessions and referrals to off-campus
resources. Any information given is strictly confidential.
There is no charge for any services offered.
